This is a hidden gem for budget travelers! $49 a night in the heart of Roma. Coffee in the morning and nice staff. I came to Mexico City without any hotel booked and stayed here for 20 nights. It feels like home!

Was scared before I booked this bc I only paid $30-40 per night and the reviews seemed iffy but it honestly has been great value. The room is a bit small and can get stuffy with no real window to the outside (only to the hallway) but they give you a fan which at this time of year was perfect. The wifi works well (I worked remotely for a day from my room using video conferencing and powerbi) and the shower pressure is the best I’ve had in Mexico with warm water. I didn’t have any issues with noise while I was here. The bathroom is also a bit small but for the price, it does its job. They also have potable water on every floor which is nice and it’s walkable to most things in Roma/has a good location. Would definitely recommend if you’re a budget traveler looking for a clean place that does the job and is comfortable.

The hotel was great for the price and the location; the people working there in any shift are just great. The place is clean and secure with the things that I was carrying in this trip. Yes, the rooms could have better ventilation, but for what I need it was perfect. I was walking all day visiting the city and going to my room just to sleep and take a shower. In my last night there was a singer in one of the rooms in my floor, but he stopped around 10pm. There are many good places around to get a cup of coffee, a drink, breakfast, as well a Miscelanea store open until midnight. Great place

I don’t think there is anything to complain considering the prices. You pay more for a hostel where you need to share the bathroom and when you are 2 people, the dorms are even more expensive than a private room in this hotel. Plus they have room service and unlimited drinking water. Important: no a/c in rooms but we didn’t need it as the fans were enough for us. Not all rooms have windows that look directly out (but to the open space inside the hotel) but they were very helpful to change our room as soon as they had the availability. We choose this place for its perfect location and its price. So we were happy.

Great location, best value for the price. Clean rooms and lovely staff with 24 hrs front desk. Good shower and hot water. Near many great restaurants, lovely walkable streets, and public transport- very safe for solo women to walk around. It's on a noisy ave, but being from NYC that wasn't an issue at all. I actually found it surprisingly quiet after midnight :) Overall it was perfect, just wish there was a more drawers or shelving for clothes. Oh- and if you’re taller than 5’8” you might find the toilet situation a bit tight..

Good location and value. The staff did the extra mile by modifying our booking. We needed to leave Mexico city one day earlier than we had planned at the beginning of our trip so we asked the staff if we could transfer our last night from leg one of the trip to the last leg of the trip when we would come back to Mexico 3 weeks later. They agreed and it all went smoothly! Thanks
